Q: How do I place an order?
Placing an order on DressesMax.com is very easy. Find the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, enter your shipping and contact details, select payment a method, recheck your order summary and you’re done. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Dresses Max with your order summary.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All our orders are estimated to be delivered between two (02) to ten (10) working days. Shipping options appear at checkout, and customers are advised to select as per one's preference and convenience.
Q: What is the return policy?

Q: What’s the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is calculated upon checkout and may vary, depending on your selected shipping provider and your location.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and evaluated the returned item as per our policy, a complete refund will be processed back to the original form of payment for the said item. The refund amount will be processed within 5 to 15 business days after receiving the item.
Please note, it takes up to 5 to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the amount on your account.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can! Dresses Max wishes to provide the best customer experience possible, and in doing so we try to accommodate all our customers’ valid requests and you can do so by reaching out to our team.

Q: Why have I received an email saying the item I ordered is out of stock?
Although we try to keep our website up to date on all our products, sometimes it is possible that the website wasn’t updated when you placed the order.
In such cases, you can always cancel your order, or we can notify you once the item you wanted is back in stock.
Q: I received a faulty item, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that you received an item in faulty condition. You can simply send it back to us for a replacement and we’ll make sure to resend you the said item in mint condition.
Q: Can I edit my order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately once you’ve placed an order, making changes to it is not an option. However, if you wish to add items to the same order or remove an item, you can always cancel the previous order and place a new one.

Unfortunately all items bought on sales are ineligible for any exchange or returns, as per our company policies.
Q: Can I give different shipping and billing addresses?
Yes, you can! We aim to provide personalized experience to our customers. So, if you want us to send the bill on a separate address than shipping address, while filling out your shipping and billing details, you can opt to provide us with 2 different addresses.
